My wd passport drive is not showing up in the windows system image recovery option

i am using windows 8 pro 64 bit , i had made a system image on my wd passport drive, but when i am trying to recover the system image through recovey options on windows at pc startup its not recognized by windows to recover system image how to solve this issue?

I recommend you to check the following link, since this does not appear to be a problem with the Passport itself.

If the problem continues, try running a DLG test to rule out any possible hardware damage.

Hi again, none of the advice from the other users worked? Can you access the Passport from the Computer window?
