My passport unlocker problem

I would like to use my ext. drive. I have locked it. So after connection I see unlocker partition, I pass the correct password and I’m getting information that the drive is unlocked but there is no the right partition (with all data).

Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
