my passport, 1 TB seems to work okay When I plug in the USB cable. But when I do a shutdown and then startup the next day, the my passport light is on, but when I go to my computer It doesn’t see the 1 TB drive. I have to unplug the USB then plug it back in and then everything seems to work okay. I’ve looked at the owners manual and see no fix.
anybody out there have this sort of problem?
