My laptop couldn't my passport when i plugged into usb 3.0 port

that’s so weird

on monday my passport worked perfectly with usb 3.0 port, and the next day it didn’t. when i plugged an usb into that port, it worked, but my passport didn’t, though i worked with usb 2.0 port

yes, i’d searched the whole forum, but i have a laptop so that means i can’t do such thing as overclock or sth

i also reset bios

any way u guys can help me?

Try uninstalling the drivers and reinstalling on the USB 3 controler.
