Install to a new computer

i’ve used my passport essential on my old laptop, but it does not seem to back up my new laptop automatically even after “unlocking” with my pass code. Please advise.

Please make sure you have WD Smartware latest version installed on this computer. Also make sure you have   Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher installed.
