Help pls-I can't use my device

  For some reason that I’m clueless to,when I attempted to use my device it ask if I want to format in order to use it. There was an update done,but I still can’t get in to put files in it,so I’m stuck and not sure what to do. When I plug it in,it says unlock,I click and next the sign says exit,then apparently it’s running,but the question would come up saying in order to use I must format and that attempt even fails…can anyone help

 

are you sure you have the base model mycloud? that is what this forum is for and there is not a format option on this

It’s an ultra passport,I don’t think it’s cloud,but I’ve ran into another issue. Now I can’t get into it @all,password fails to authenticate,after running test on drivers they fail,now I’m not able to get in nor reformat,so what should I do

need to post this in the proper forum if you want valid help. the 2 are very different devices
