Error 0x80071ac3

i managed to format hd to exfat only, it wont format it to ntfs. now when i start to copy files on the hd it says error 0x80071ac3. i tried to fix it on cmd chkdsk but it says it requires local ntfs volume. every help will be appreciated. thanks in advance

Hello,

What Operating System are you using? Try to format the drive into NTFS and then reformat the unit to FAT32.
