I have an external Passport Disk drive (Model: WD2500XMS) and it was working for the last 4 years with the very best performance. I changed the operating system from XP SP3 to W7 and my Dell XPS M1210 never recognized the external disk. Do you know if there is any new drive for this operating system ?? or from where could I get any upgraded software for this device ??? Please, I need your help ASAP ´cause I´ve all my data back up on it. Thanks.
