hi i got problem with my WD external drive 1 TB.

Initially it was working very f9 bt nw it is nt getting detect by my system.

After entering the password system is unable to show the drives on my external hard disk!

Urgent solution Required

As i have data on my hard drive !

Hello and welcome to the WD community.

Try to Test to see if the unit can come up on a different computer, you can also try to use a different port or cable, perhaps it could be that the cable is not working properly.
