Hey Guys,
Wondering if I can get some help on this. Originally my Passport was configured to a Macbook so I thought that was the problem… why my new computer (HP) can’t read the hard drive. I asked my friend who has a Macbook Pro to see if his computer can recognize the disk… it just made a noise and the computer couldn’t read it.
My PC can see the drive but it doesn’t show up as an actualy drive under This PC where you see C, D, etc.
When I plug the WD Passport into my XBOX it can read it beautifully and play the videos fine.
Has anyone experienced this problem and know how to make it readable on my computer? Please help!!!
