Hello nice to meet you WD experts
My WD Passport 1TB is not detected when i plug into usb of my pc.
*The external harddrive vibrates, light is on
*I tried with different usb’s and it happens the same
*I tried to remove the cable into my OTHER WD external hard drive and it works just fine (so i think the cable is fine)
*Whenever the WD passport is plugged in usb, every time i attempt to open the drives in my computer, or open a data recovery software, or computer management (right click on my computer > manage), it is always stuck (other like mozilla firefox isn’t affected at all and just works fine). And when i unplug the cable, those windows whatsoever aren’t stuck anymore (this also happens in another pc). That’s why i never got a chance to do data recovery.
