WD My passport 2TB not picked up at all

Hi guys, I bought a 2TB WD my passport 2.5" HD

 

When i plug it into my pc, it doesnt get picked up at all.

 

I am running windows 7 (64 bit).

 

I tried everything, and not coming right at all ......

 

anyone seen the same issues ?

When I plug it in, it says no driver found, device driver software was not successfully installed

I just bought 2TB passport. it is not detected at all by win7. the light on drive keeps blinking. no detection at all. no ? marks in device manager or driver failure errors. plz help
