WD My Passport can't be viewed on other laptops or PCs

Hi guys,

I just bought my WD My passport 1.5 TB lovin’ it but I have an issue with it. I can’t seem to view my files on other laptops or PCs. What I did when I purchased it is I partitioned one side is HFS+ and the other exfat. I’m a mac user that’s why I did it this way but I still need my drive to be accessed through windows OS. 

 

Need your expert advice. I will be thankful.
