WD My Passport Elite drive is not detecting in Windows 7 Ultimate OS

Hi,

I do have a My Passport Elite Drive. This drive is detecting in Windows XP, 7 Home premium and also in MAC machines. When the drive is connected to the WIndows 7 Ultimate OS which is installed in laptop and also in the desktop.

Can you suggest me that is there is any settings or any configurations to be done in the Windows 7 Ultimate OS.

Make sure to update the USB drivers of the computer.

How is the drive showing on disk management?
