WD My Passport 1TB USB 3.0 not accessed

My Passport 1TB USB 3.0 is recognized and accessed in my Mac at home.

But when I try to plug it to the PC at work it recognizes it when plugged, but it does appear in My Computer and I canot access its contents.

Please Help. I would greatly appreciate it.

Looks like it may be a formatting issue. My WD external drives always need to be formatted for the Mac. Those I’ve purchased were pre-formatted for PC’s only. You may have to do a ExFat format via your disk utilities on the Mac but by formatting only the blank space so you don’t overwrite on your content.
