I tried to access my documents which are visible formt the screen but when I click on the files, it states, files not found and when I try to access other folders where I had data, it states the folder is empty. This happened a couple of days ago and i thought I lost all my data, but when I went online and loaded the drivers, it worked.
Today I am not able to access the data on my WD Passport portable drive again.
Any ideas on what is happenning and how I can locate, access my files and prevent this from recurring over and over again??
