WD External Hard drive not recognized in my computer but detected in device manager

I didn’t really drop I was just slide a few cm like 10cm the now it doesnt work you can see the light blinking and the fan moving so i know it is getting adequate electricity just that it is not showing up on any computer ps i’m running windows 7 ultimate
