WD Elements SE 1TB (WDBPCK0010BBK-03) Not getting Recognized in PS3

Bought this external disk 2 days ago, formated to FAT32, everything works fine on computer.
In the PS3, the disk powers ON, the led is ON, Disk is Spinning, PS3 Doesn’t Find the disk…

My Guess… is the cable… or a nice hidden partition the disk might have confliting with the PS3…

Any Help is well received…

Read this somewhere and tried it…
It actually works sometimes… but i think it can harm the disk too… so its not a real solution…

1- First, plug the usb 3.0 cord WITHOUT the disc plugged in, just the cable WD provided you.

2- Then, grab the disc with one hand, and the cable with the other one.
3- What you have to do is insert the plug on the disc reaaaaally slowly, and STOP right before its fully plugged.
4- You will see the disc starts spinning, and the little white light will flash.
5- Finally, press it firmly to the end, and voila! recognized at full speed, no stupid hubs, or anything.

Drive is not getting enough power to spin up from the PS3. Try buying a power booster cable.
