WD Elements Not Itiliazed Issue

Hi All,

A few days ago my WD Elements suddenly cannot be detected by my OS (Win 8 x64). I check Disk Management, and get this following status

I clicked on the disk (Disk 1) and get this following figure:

When I clicked OK, I get this following notification

Does anybody know the solution for this problem? The Serial Number is [Deleted].

Hello,

I recommend you try writing zeros to the drive using WD DLG and then try to format it again.
