WD Elements 500 GB (Compatible with USB 3.0 & 2.0) not shown in windows explorer

Hey, everyone.

I just bought a portable WD drive last month. My WD Elements 500GB (Compatible with USB 3.0 & 2.0) HDD not shown in  Windows 7 Explorer. But i can see it in the Device Manager and in the safely remove Hardware , but i can not access through the windows explorer . I tried to check with Disk Management, but the device is not shown in Disk Management. Below is the screenshot to show the real condition:

Any suggestions or comments are really appreciated.

If you have the portable model, it might not be receiving enough energy from the PC, avoid using extension USB cables or USB hubs.

I’m never using USB Hub or USB Extension and this problem still occured.

Any suggestions?
