I brought 1TB WD elements around 1 1/2 years back. It was working fine till couple of days back. Have tons of data in this hard drive. It’s not recognized in windows explorer but I am able to see it in device management. Light is completely on. I have connected this drive to different laptops but none recognized it. Light continuously on. i hear drive sound for initial 15 to 20 sec. and after that it goes in quite mode. Changed USB cable too. But still it’s not working. What’s the best way to recover the data which is safe, secure. Can WD team help in resolving my problem. Would appreciate if anyone has good working solution to this problem.
