Everybody who has problems with the VCD partition (which sonetimes makes the disk useless, like mine which I want to use it as a PVR in a TV decoder, as I explain in another post) please vote and ask WD to remove PERMANENTLY the VCD partition.
Just sign in and vote.
Maybe WD would finally consinder to respect its customers opinion and requirements.
Your post sounds more like an Idea or a Feature Request. If you want people to vote, then the best place for this is in our Ideas Lab. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it. However, I would search first and make sure that there isn’t another idea similar to yours that you could add your post to and vote on.
