Unable to access My Passport WD External

I am able to plug the External device into my laptop and any other computer, and it installs all the drivers and says the Device is working properly. But when it comes to being able to open up the contents of the External, it wont display under My Computer.

Check if the drive shows on Disk Management.

If it does try assigning a drive letter.
