My computer crashed. Luckely i have a backup on my Passport Essensial. I had stored some files directly on the drive and backed up the rest using WD Smartware. When i try to recover the saved data from WD Smartware it doesnt show any “Backed up volumes” on the Recovery page. Does anyone have any id…

As additional information:
On the “Home” window, Smartware shows a group of files which is 350 GB. This is my backed up files.
