Passport dead?

I think I have an older version of a passport. I think I may have lost the driver. I plug it ino my computer, it’s get power, but no drive id comes up. Any ideas or am I just out of luck and need to buy another one. Please advise any one. Mrf4g2000@yahoo.com

Look in Disk Management and see if the drive shows there if so make sure it has a drive letter assigned to it.

Nothing shows up in the disk management. Now what?

Try a different cable and a port on the back of a desktop also don’t connect with a hub.

Yes. I have tried new cable, different ports, and even two other computers. I am under the assumption that it has finally died on me.
