I’m new to the Smartware interface. In the past all external drives that I’ve had acted more like a giant USB drive. I’m not using the Category Backup style. I’ve noticed that after doing and initial backup and then going into the retrieve interface that some of the file names have a line through them.
What does this mean?
I had deleted some files from my internal drive after the backup to clear space. Will the Smartware software still retain those files?
Besides backing up some of my stuff another reason I wanted the external drive was to clear data from my hard drive.
