Need to erase Free Agent Go drive but can't figure out how

I have a Passport Free Agent Go.  Had it on my computer but got a new one and want to use the older one on my wife’s laptop.  I want to erase the drive and backup her files.  I can’t find anyway to do it.  Tried to follow the directions online but to no avail.  Any guidance is appreciated!

The Free Agent Go is not a WD drive.

Are you sure that is the model drive?

If that’s the case contact the support for that drive please.
