My passport not recognize by Win7

I have a 1 tb my passport drive USB 3.0. I erased all the content using WD Smartware. after that my PC is not recognizing the drive. The backlit is on and if I go to the device manager, the PC sees the drive. But if I go to My PC, the drive is not there and on the WD smartware the drive is still there but ist is says “No writable WD Smartware partition found”.

Before the “erasing” process everything worked fine

Forgot to mention that if I go to Eject devices, the My PAssport is recognize as a drive to eject

I checked rebooting the PC and the BIOS recognized the passport drive…I’m getting crazy…why is it not readable by Windows???
