I neeed help. My western digital passport stop working. It didnt show up in My Computer. But it does shows in my devices. But, when I opened the Disk Management, at the bottom, Disk 1 is supposed to be the WD passport. It shows, Disk Unknown and Not Initialized. Please help me.
The Passport might have a data corruption problem, if you need to recover your files, you can try using a third party backup program. Also to verify if the Passport has any hardware problems, you can run a test using DLG, click on the following link for the steps. If the test completes successfully you can reformat the Passport to use it again normally.
