This is my first time here, so please let me know what you need from me to help you help me! I have a WD My Passport 500gb external hard drive. it shows that I have a “pictures” backup from Jan. 2013 and I’ve been trying to run a backup the last three days and it is doing nothing… I installed the most current update for the product and still it wont back up my videos.

Exactly what version of Smartware are you using? Have you try removing and reinstalling the application?
