I have a WD passport 320 GB which has just stooped working. It stopped reading on any computer system as of two days ago. i d not understand what is happening.
when pluged to a system, the ligh on the drive comes on but the harddrive doesnot read on the computer. please i really needsome one help. i have my studies, thesis and many other important documents all stored all stored in this drive. please some one help me out.
Try another cable but make sure it’s not longer than the one supplied and don’t use a hub.
