My WD Passport wont allow files onto it

Hi,
I just bought this hard drive not too long ago and when i fist pluged it in it asked me if I wanted to sync my computer to it. I clicked no thinking I could just drag individual files over… Now it wont allow me to sync anything or drag anything over! 

Help!

Also I will recommend some basic troubleshooting steps:

Try connecting the drive to another computer to verify if you have the same issue. Also what error message do you get when you try to drag a file to it?

As a last troubleshooting step you can try writing zeros to the drive using Western Digital’s Data Lifeguard Diagnostics tool.
