My Passport died

Hello,

I have a new My Passport for Mac 2gb, only used ir twice, and now is not appearing in any pc or mac.

I can find it in the utility disk, but it is not reparing.

Is there any way I can recover the files?

Have the same problem. Bought a MAC version for my gf 3 months ago, she stored all improtant docs and pix on the drive and she is totally panicking. Any solution…
