I proceeded to format it according to the instructions of WD NTFS format. It was created and formatted the first partition of 1TB but the application sent a format error but the parition were listed as healthy and formated, then try to format the extended partition and the program sent back an error requesting reboot the computer
I proceeded to do so and since then the disc is not recognized. (I also tried to acces the disc in other computer)
In the device manager is listed, but not accessible for any task … even WD tools do not detect it…
My OS is Windows XP SP3
The disc came with no software installed
HELP please
