My Book 3TB external hard drive not recognized from Windows 7 Home Premium x64

I have a My Book 3TB USB 3.0 + USB 2.0 external hard drive   WDBACW0030HBK. Unfortunately Windows 7 Home Premium x64 does not recognize it. On WD website I could not find drivers for download, but only software utility. Could you help me?

Did you look in Disk Management and see if the drive is there? Also don’t connect through a hub or use a cable longer than the original. Try updating the USB drivers USB controler. I don’t believe there are separate drivers for download for the drive. Look in device Manager and if the drive is shown there delete the driver and the SES driver remove drive and reboot system.
