My 320g wd passport detected as 2 tera

I have 320g and when i insert to my computer. the computer detected as 2tera disk size.

here the tools that i use but fails to format.

  1. Diskpart-  fails to format

  2. Mini Partition - detected as bad disk

  3. Data Lifeguard - detected as many bad sector.

Is there i can do to recover my files in my HDD. i have many important files that are save in my HDD
