Mac error when loading 2.5gb file

Hello,

Based on the Apple support website the “error code 36” refers to an “I/O error” and the “error code 43” refers to “file not found, folder not found”.

As a recommendation please try to copy these files to a different drive or try copying another files to he external drive to verify if you get the same errors.
