I cannot access My Passport after upgrade Firmware

Recently, I upgrade My passport Ultra External drive and after that stopped to work.

I’m using Windows 7. The issue is:

  1. When I plug the HD through USB cable, my computer recognizes in the DISK MANAGEMENT (Device working properly),  however I cannot access the content of my External HD.
  2. The only good thing is that its running and light indicator is ON.
  3. I cannot see it in the COMPUTER window.
  4. I have submitted RMA #:[Deleted]. Date given is 02/06/2014 to pick-up from my residence. But I do not know how and when replacement will receive by me.

I’d like to know how can I restore my WD External HD?
