I have a 300 GB laptop with music, pictures, and documents on it. My Passport is 2T. I’m doing my first backup of the laptop including the system files. So far the backup has taken 3 days and still has 9 GB left to b/u. I am using WD SmartWare. Is this a normal amount of time?

Is taking longer than usual. Try stopping the backup and restarting the computer.

After that check the amount of files remaining to be backed up.
