Hi nxpalos, sorry to hear you cannot access your files. The files on the Elements might be corrupted, you can try to recover them using a data recovery program, using Google you should be able to find several options. If you are unable to recover your files, you can also contact any of the data recovery companies on the WD support page, some of them offer a free evaluation of your drive.
