So i got this Portable External drive bout last year and now after I put some datas in it my computer can’t read it now. I tried to download the correct drivers but still my computer doesn’t read my external drive. Can someone help me ?
Hi, avoid using any USB extension cables or USB hubs, connect the passport directly to the PC and see if it’s recognized. You can also check on the disk management window, follow the link below for the steps.
My Portable Drive still not recognize, but it still has the white light on whenever I plug it on my laptop.
