Hard disk not recognized

Hello, I have a problem with my hard disk SE
the hard drive is not recognized by the computer and the computer does not emit any sound when i connect it but the hard drive LED is steady
I tried it with another computer and the problem remains … is not even seen by the WDTV

You can also try a different USB cable.

Also, check if the drive appears on disk management.
