i have a pc, windows 7 and the wd software was working fine before, but i notice lately it won’t automatically backup. the last time i updated the software and then the files backed up fine, but i’ve tried that now and it’s telling me there are no updates. my drive is being picked up fine, i can access my files, it just won’t back up. someone plz help
