First if you don’t want all your files deleted I suggest you transfer them before doing this, or if you can’t access it at all you better be prepared to delete all of them. Second you must have WD drive utilities, because without it you will waste hours on trying to find useless solutions that people try to suggest. Third you must go into WD drive utilities and click on drive erase, click I understand and erase drive. Erasing your drive will erase the current password but remember it will erase all of your files with it. Now you will be able to get into your drive without any fuss!
