Hi
I have two partitions in my external hard disk (My Passport). When I connected the hard disk, only two folders were not accessible. I tried to copy those folder into another partition of hard disk. My system just got hanged. and now when I tried to reconnect the hard drive, Now whole hard disc is not accessible.
It is displaying the partitions but they are not accessible.
Also recovery software/test disk or any other softwaregiven by WD do not work because till the time hard disk is connected it doesnt allow to run any program. As soon as it gets disconnected all the programs that I have clicked runs.
Tried through command prompt also. No success. The problem is hard disk may be causing some event loop that is stopping programs to run. When it is connected I cant even view the drive properties/device manager.
Kindly help. I have important data on hard disk.
