Data not available

Hi , 

I am using 1 TB MY Passport ultra secured with password unlocker 

The issue i am facing is when i connect it to PC , the data is not available although properties show 400 GB is occupied 

Am i missing some settings

Hi,

Test the drive on a different computer to see if it does the same.

When you connect the drive to your computer, does it ask you to unlock the unit?

It does ask for unlock the data
