Can anyone help I’ve got a 1TB passport with a USB 3, it worked yesterday night but this morning I can unlock it but the drive does not show on My Computer and the icon on the bottom flashes on and off and says “Disk Discovering”.
I tried it on another computer and its the same thing. I’ve gone into disk management and it recognises the disk as disk 1 but says its got 931.48GB unallocated and its online
The lead must be alright as the unlocker is recognised???
It sounds like the data is corrupted, you may try reformatting it. If you need to get your data back you may try a data recovery software, like Recuva.
