Can't access settings

Hey all,

having problems with a 500gb passport ultra, moved it to another pc, installed the software all fine…

Try to access the drive’s settings in smartware and nothing is showing for the drive, just the buttons down the side for file history, retrieve folder,etc…

Any ideas?

Hello,

Make sure the drive is not locked and seen on the computer. Then go to the “Home” tab and select the drive icon. This should make all the other tabs including “settings” available again.
