Bad Warranty Standards

Your product broke down even with extreme care and without moderate use.

Not only that, there are no services on your side that provides recovery for my loss data and on top of that I have to pay for the delivery and recovery of your product to a third party company in another country .

In addition, I was told to courier the faulty product, which I barely use, to an outlet across half the country for replacement when one of your major manufacturing warehouses is 15 minutes away.

These standards are unacceptable!.

I have lost data myself and I know how you feel. It’s a good practice to keep a backup at all times.

I was formatting my desktop.

The data in the WD HD WAS suppose to be the backup.

Didn’t expect it to die after less than 50 uses/plugins.

Not really an option to buy a backup for the backup.
