hi, i have this problem recently that my 1tb WD passport couldnt work
firstly, when it is plugged in my laptop, it can be detected but when i tried to open the contents in the hd, it needed a long time to load n sometimes results in a freeze of my laptop.
then, if i have loaded the contents in my hd, when the video from the hd is playing, it will lag n in the end result in an auto disconnect of the hd.
i cant even properly transfer data from this hd to another place due to the auto disconnect of the hd.
please help!
